On May 26, 2026, I purchased an airline ticket (Delta Airline) through the OneDollarfly.com platform (Booking Reference# GTPYQG). After processing my payment, I was informed that the ticket was not available. Despite this, my request for a refund has been denied. This is unacceptable. My debit card was charged for a product that was never delivered. Under basic consumer protection principles, a company cannot retain payment for a product or service it did not provide. However, this company is still holding my money despite repeated requests.

Booking third party airline flights but never confirm flight. Called airline and they had no record of my booking or name. Rep at One Dollar Fly refused refund when I shared the info from airline, said they can get me confirmed for triple the price but refund not an option. Had to cancel credit card and dispute charges. I never did get a plane ticket. Seeing many people online with same experience. Total scam.
