Caller texted me first to ask if I wanted to sell my house in Farmers Branch, TX, then asked what my bottom dollar would be. I replied $100K and he immediately called me to try to get me to sign a contract and said he had his own closing company and wanted to close within 2 weeks. I told him my son was still living there and he said even after I sold my home he could continue to live there. I started seeing red flags and could not find a legitimate business associated with his name. I think it’s a scam to get me to sign my title over to him. He even had the ScamPulse.com logo on documents and said he was a member of BBB.
