A letter was mailed to me from MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES. It noted the make and model of my car and a RECORD ID.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUESTED. We would like to speak with you about an important matter regarding your 2017 Toyota. Please call 1-844-763-0130 as this will be our final attempt to notify you. We reserved the right to revoke allocated waiver after seven days of receiving this notice.

There is a REAL check attached for $199.00. Stating allocated waiver.

IN FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHECK IT STATES: “ Your allocated waiver of $199 may be redeemed by activating new coverage. Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your dealership or manufacturer. This is not a check.”
