I received 3 BLACK gates.
2 of the 3 were broken. The quality of material is cheap & the product is not well made. When I contacted the vendor their reply was, they would credit me 30% of what I spent, to use toward other merchandise on their web site.
I am furious! I want a full refund & they just keep stalling. I pointed out the I ordered 3 cream gates & received 3 black ones, I explained that I was very disappointed in the quality of workmanship & material quality. Their resolution is they will send me new gates. Their website promote 100% refund if not satisfied. They are not fulfilling their guarantee. This company in my opinion is fraudulent!
