Type of a scam Online Purchase
I started taking, did not see any difference. So now to cancel and return. Meanwhile, on January 12, 2019 charges are pending of 79.97 then January 13th charges pending for 69.94. Witch January 14, 2019 would have been the end of my 14 day trail period. So i emailed customer support stating i wait to cancel and return unused product and a return of the pending charges. I got a reapply later that evening stating that it was cancelled and would no longer be billed and that i had to call to get RMA# and process of returning. So the next morning the funds were taken from my account which was never told to me in the first place. Then i find out that the 14 days started the day i ordered, but how can try if i dont have the product. And cant return opened products, but how can i try if i dont open the products. They said it was listed on site but was not.
So i called and requested a manger, then they decide that they could only refund 67.64 out of the total amount 159.00. But if it was legitimate, why refund anything?
