I checked my bank statement and found 2 withdrawals from 'Med Health Kits Warehouse' but I have never heard of them, never contacted them, never made any purchases with them, or anything.

One was on 1/15/2026 for $17.95 and the other on 1/21/2026 for $87.76

On the website, the 'Contact' page includes an Address of:

Omni CaGor LLC 267 Langley Dr Unit #4346 Lawrenceville, GA 30046

and also a 'Return Address' of:

Med Health Kits Warehouse 5071 Ball Rd #4026 Cypress, CA 90630

"Omni CaGor LLC" and the Langley Dr address is also listed on another unauthorized charge I have on my account but from a 'Pro Plumbing Supply X' company

The 'mailing address' of 5071 Ball Rd #4026 Cypress, CA is also listed on TWO other unauthorized charges I have on my account - from 'Pro Plumbing Supply X' and also 'Clinic Medical Supply X'
