Purchased a product sold on line and the produce does not function as advertised. I contacted their customer service 30 days ago and their response indicated that they would be in contact to issue return authorization. I have contacted 3 later times with no response. I have left phone messages as no person will answer their phone and have sent follow up emails. This company is not a reputable company. Attached is their correspondence as evidence I contacted them and there has been no reply since this email.

Purchased 3 Novawave antennas from the company they didn't work as stated tried to return them and they won't send the return label been two weeks since I made the request.
