I ordered a dress from marygracecharleston.com (http://www.marygracecharleston.com/) back in April. It was supposed to be a custom dress for an event. I paid for it and everything. They sent me an email from [email protected] confirming the order. Then nothing. I've tried emailing them multiple times at that address and got no response. It's now July and I never got the dress. The event has passed. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. It's so frustrating. They are based in Charleston, SC, USA, but that doesn't help me. I just want my dress or my money back.
