Purchased two dresses online, received items but of poor quality and fit. Attempted return and they required photos and then offered $15 if I kept items and a 20% off on next purchase. Informed Margovil that I just wanted a full refund and they responded "customer would need to pay for the return shipping charge which maybe expensive and not worth it." and "there maybe a risk that the package would get held up in customs, which may prevent us from completing the return process". The website claims full returns but I cannot find a VAT or Tax ID on company to complete the return. Have had at least 10 emails back and forth trying to get address to return and have not found a way to resolve the issue.
