False advertising. They use a product that looks real good, but when you receive the package it's a totally different item, then when you text them about it ,talk about going in circles. For a month or longer I have been trying to get a full refund the person that I'm dealing with said I Could only get 15 percent back. But why I asked and I can't get a good answer. This is not right. I sent them pics of what I expected to get and pics of what I received. I have begged them to please send me what I paid for vor to give me a FULL REFUND. I don't know what to do. The orange flares is what I thought I was getting but the yellow one is what I received

I'm trying to get refund but they want give me a refund .I want my money back the product is false advertisement they the person named AngelaWillisim is a scammer that said she talk to manager and that they can only do a 10% refund .that's not right I want all my money back as of the product is not the same as the products they put on facebook.

I own Manstop.com, I've been getting people emailing about lost and unreceived orders demanding payment/refunds. I have never received orders from these people. they have told me of how the fraudulent website took their money and never received products. Manstops didn't pop up until 2020. However Manstop.com, my company has been around since 2014. We sell very different items than those shown in these pages, and only ship in the USA.

Ordered product and never received. There is a private email address for questions about their website. But no response. They have marketed on Facebook and other social platforms. Manstops is taken from another website that they stole the name from.
