I ordered two separate times for discounted festival wear and products under the pretense the business was a well known website called rave wonderland. The “packages” took over a month to get to me, which I tried to understand with the current tariffs and them coming from china (which I thought was a little weird as the company is originally in California I believe). Well the packages never arrived. Surprise, surprise. Reached out via email to this “company” and they offered to reship. I didn’t want that after they said it would take 7-15 days to arrive, and I need them here by next week at the latest. Then they offered a 60% refund as it was somehow my fault the products were not delivered and they are taking a loss as well since the items were “discounted already”. Not to mention the charges were under two different charges to where my bank thought it was two different companies. Now they’re posing as mossy oak. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I hope my report gets this website shut down.
