Mail "final notice" says call the number listed above, has an unsigned check for $199 attached, says from Landmark Mortgage who I have to my knowledge never used. Property has been paid off for many years. It is not even clear what they want except to generate a call to the above number. Don't trust anyone. I would bet Landmark has nothing to do with it.
