I went to apply for an Aruba Entry card and thought I was on a legit site. And maybe it is but I feel they false advertising, or do not provide adequate information and are misleading. Especially because afterwards I went to call them and have tried several times and they do not accept phone calls. I went to email them. There was a form on their website and there was “technical issues.” so I directly emailed them from my laptop and it had trouble sending. Finally heard from them stating they are looking into it ticket opened but when I went to respond, “had trouble sending” I am going to dispute this claim, which after you paid they have a disclaimer if you dispute they will fight it!! The nerve!! I just feel like ppl should know. My experience:

I went through the whole process and at the end it said 1 traveler x $20.00. So I paid.

I went to check my account and saw I was charged 100.00 - not until after payment it states that it’s not affiliated with the Aruba government!
