CSR Employment scam

I received a text message, then an email confirming an interview that would be on an app called wire. It seemed suspicious which led me to further investigate and I found the complaint from someone else after searching “Dawsons group job scams”for the same company and same contact information!

I was reached out to by a person claiming to be Robi Artman-Hodge, the HR representative for Dawson's Group of Companies, which is an Australia-based company. We set up an interview over Wire, where I spoke to LaVonne Hatcher for about 15-20mins before being offered a job. I provided my name, address, and phone number before realizing it was likely a scam. They sent me an offer letter and requested that I sign and return paperwork. They said they would send me a check to set up my home office. Flexible hours, $45/hr, remote data entry work.

I got the same type of offer by the same company. The rep was Meredith Wright with a New Jersey number. I will list the contact details below. Same type of setup and process as you described. Hopefully we can bring more awareness to this and get them shut down!
