Michael is a scammer that damaged a lot of people , and he thinks he will never get caught , I wonder if there is any possibility that everyone that was scammed by him can go all together to the police station and make a complaint so we all avoid this situation and we protect others from getting scammed , there's a department dedicated to this type of crimes.. also that's not the only thing he does , he scams by crypto as well , gambling, and faking businesses. There's a lot of information made to the public on the web, lawsuits, claims, etc. You can even access his family information online, seems like this is not a one person scheme, and they all support him this! is a big fish and and he deserves to be punished for. Let's get together, let's fight for fairness and justice and put an end to his criminal activities so that we protect ourselves and everyone else in the near future. Smart minds progress by standing by together. Let's do a conglomerate and unite to bring this scammer down. Please feel free to reach out to 305-963-2796.

Michael Mamanna is a scammer. He sold over 300 Ultra Miami Single Day wristbands to me and my friends. Ultra single day passes don’t exist (we were unaware at the time). Also he sold another one of my friends Factory town tickets (again scammed). He claimed to be selling us single day wristbands, when it got to the day of the event and we still didn’t have the wristbands, he told us he would do walk in’s. We didn’t know what this was at the time but this is illegal. He would use artist wristbands to walk us into the festival than have us give them back once we were inside. We didn’t know at the time but this is highly illegal and many people got arrested for doing the same thing outside while we watched. Many people got in (illegally) and many people didn’t get in. Michael refuses to send our money back and claims he still will but we know he won’t. Do not buy from him he is a [censored]

Michael Mamanna was the originator of the scam claiming he had season tickets to sell and gave me the contact of Jane Smithwolsky, who apparently works for the Miami Heat. Jane Smithwolsky and Michael Mamanna texted me and emailed me numerous times to get me to pay for tickets but once it was time to receive tickets Jane's phone was disconnected and I lost all contact with her and Michael Mamanna has failed to refund me my money for about two months now. I have filed a police report and am suing him. I was scammed of $3200 and my friend was scammed of $25,000. I believe the Miami Heat should get involved and pursue Michael Mamanna as he claims to be a season ticket holder and scamming people like myself, my friend and probably others. Also, Jane Smithwolsky who I don't even know if she's a real person who supposedly works for the organization according to Michael Mamanna. He and Jane are misrepresenting the Miami Heat organization and will continue to damage its credibility by scamming Heat fans. His phone number is 786-909-1611 and his email is [email protected]. He wanted to be paid through Apple Pay, made up random transfer fees and gave deadlines for paying. He also kept mentioning that there is 0 risk with him and if anything happens he would refund me. I made a claim with my bank but, since it was through Apple Pay they couldn't help me.

A friend told me about Michael Mamanna and how he has gotten certain deals with tickets in the Kaseya Center. I reached out to him and purchased tickets for the NBA Finals game 3 for a decent deal. I also bought tickets to game 4 from him but he ended up selling us screenshots/fake tickets and we were kicked out of our seats. He told us it was a mistake and would "refund us" but I was looking to buy season tickets for the following year and he told me him and his family were season ticket holders and if I was interested he can sell me their tickets and deduct the money I gave him from Game 4 which was $4300. I agreed and went on to buy his 2 courtside west tickets along with 6 other season tickets from him for a total of $25000 in deposits and fees. During that time he lied about countless things. He said the 6 other tickets belonged to someone named Barbra Cohen another season ticket holder and told us that Jane Smithwolsky was the broker and worked for the Miami Heat, and held the tickets. Jane Smithwolsky texted me and emailed me numerous times to get me to pay but then would not answer whenever I reached out. Her email is: [email protected] and her phone number is: 786-345-3203. I was told that I would receive the tickets when the schedule came out and never received anything. I have now been in a 2 month process to be refunded for the tickets without success and have filed a police report and suing Michael Mamanna.
