I placed an order on the website lulusvip.com for some clothes. The total came to $69.99. I got an order confirmation but then nothing else. No shipping email, no tracking, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling the number (518) 071-2335 they have listed, but no one ever answers or replies. It's been over a month. I looked up their address, 1109 S Walnut St, Brady, TX 76825, USA, and it doesn't even seem like a real business location. I just want my money back or my items shipped. This feels like a scam where they take your money and never send the product.
