i found this company on tictok. i went to the website for the company and placed an order for some hair. after about a week and a half i send a message on tictok for update regarding my order. i was told that shipping was 7-10 days. after the 10 days passed i sent another message that was not responded to. i contacted them through the phone number on the website and was told that shipping was 2 weeks and i could not cancel the order. was then told that i would received shipping information and still have not received any information regarding the order. at this time they have blocked me from being able to contact them regarding my order and i am unable to get my money back for this order.
