I made an online purchase from LilyLove approximately two and a half months ago and paid for the order, but I have never received the merchandise. More than 40 days ago, I contacted the company by email asking for information about my order and delivery, but I never received a response. I have not received the product, a refund, or any resolution from the company. I am reporting this experience because I paid for merchandise that was never delivered and my attempts to contact the seller have gone unanswered.
