Overcharged for Moringa product and no refund

Ordered and paid for 10 boxes of this product and they charged me for 16 boxes. I have sent at least 8 emails to them about the product and have asked where to return the product and that I want my money refunded. They have only responded to get more information and the problem has not been solved. The product (Moringa) is listed on Facebook as available at CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist said they never heard of it and it is not in the store.

Fake ad on Facebook led to unordered package

I saw an ad on Facebook. I clicked to read the content, then opened another page to see more info about the Co. suspiciously I closed the page and continued browsing on my Facebook. I don't know how they got my personal info. I reported it to my bank as fraud and cancelled my credit card. Today I got this package with amplifier, which I did not order.

Purple silk flowers looked nothing like the picture

Had purple flowers for sale silks looked real. Picture of flowers looked full and beautiful in container. Fine print below picture said to order 5 steams so to look like picture shown. Cost 12.80 each I bought these for my wife she said they would look beautiful on our front porch. So I bought them when they came the package thin I thought maybe half came first and the rest would come later. No such luck my wife put them in a small pot they look pretty good but nothing like the picture. So be ware of this company I learned the hard way don’t trust Skyvolk inc. at all.

I received a package I did not order from Skyvolk Inc. After checking the internet others had this happen to them also and had a charge posted to one of their credit cards. So far I haven't had any charges to hit that I can find.

Incomplete LED flashlight order missing case and lens

I ordered a special LED flashlight that included a carrying case, special lens for making the light capable of starting a fire, and charging cord. All I got was an LED flashlight in a cardboard box with the charging cord. Very disappointed!

I ORDERED THOSE BERBERINE PATCHES FROM I THOUGHT THE MAYO CLINIC. NOPE, THESE ARE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A DIME, SO I KNEW THEY WEREN'T THE RIGHT ONES. THE BOX IS THE SIZE OF PACKAGE OF GUM, REALLY SMALL.

I ACTUALLY OPENED ONE, AND TRIED IT, IT DOESN'T EVEN STICK!!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF, I GOT 5 EXTRA BOXES.

PLEASE........DON'T ORDER OFF LINE LIKE I DID!!!!

Ordered large patches but received tiny ones again

They advertised the large patches and I got the tiny ones. I ordered before from another company name a few months ago and received the same thing so basically I’ve lost $76. I received 10 boxes of "Moringa x Bee Venom, Berberine x Nad. 10-in-2" patches. I had been doing some research on Berberine but never ordered anything. I don't believe I even researched this brand. I checked all my credit cards to make sure I wasn't charged. I found no charge! Very odd!

Received fraudulent postage notice for unrecognized package

I received a notification from the post office in Blairsville, GA. It said that they had a package from Skyvolk Inc. out of Gary, IN 46403. It said Fraudulent Postage detection for $7.70 and I could either pay it or they would return it. First off, I do not recognize this company and am not sure how much money they took from my account.
