I ordered pants and never got a confirmation email. So attempted to get information by emailing them, but nothing, never heard anything back.

We found an ad on Microsoft's home webpage and used the link to their Aurstol merchandise. Selected a clothing item and paid for it with our debit card. Subsequently nothing has arrived and we find out they have duped many, many more people by taking money for items they do not deliver.
