I ordered a scraper shovel of Horolia.com for $11.99 on September 5th 2026. As soon as I entered my form of payment and hit submit a note box popped up and said website not found. Then I immediately got an email with confirmation. I went to the bank right away to cancel that card but because it was already posted to my account they changed the number and said we have to wait to see if they mail you the product. So we are waiting for a product that I know will never come. It processed through my bank as Art Vista Studio 263 W Olive Ave Burbank Ca. I looked up the address and it's a place called The Wireless House. If you call the number it does not go through to there business. So I emailed [email protected] and it came back not delivered. My advise this website should be shut down, it is definitely a scam. I was instructed by my bank to wait a few weeks and if they haven't sent it we would file a dispute so I can get my money back….. please beware

I attempted to purchase an ice machine from this website, Horolia, that was a TOP recommended result from google surprisingly enough. The website seemed legit upon first glance so I checked out as usual even using Shop Pay, so everything seemed normal. I never received a confirmation for this purchase and two hours later had extra charges that were totally unrecognizable from a vague "home decor" vendor that I never authorized. When trying to find customer service for this site I discovered that the site is not even legitimate and has no means of real contact. The worst part is the EXTRA purchases that were clearly made using my personal information that was somehow phished from this site.
