Product arrived late and the quality was very poor. Contact was made to start the return process, I was told they could not find my order number and that it must be from another company. When I attached a screenshot of my order, they stopped all communication.

They send emails with cute inexpensive clothes and then when you never receive them they keep saying it is on its way and that was 4 months ago! They also just changed their name to Elle Charleston.
