They called and said that we had a credit card account for years ago, which we did not, and also that we took several payday loans out, which we did not, that we owe money on and if we don't pay that a process server will be at our door with papers. They asked my husband for his SSN, and he refused to give the information. She threatened him over and over again and said it was malicious intent to default a financial institution. My husband gave him our attorney information, which is the attorney I work for, I work in a law office, and they said we are not going to call him. I have the voicemail they left me and it is basically the same, and they called my work and left a voicemail with same information. I looked up the Law Office of Lauren Davis, and it is a legitimate attorney in Colorado, who does not practice in collection. I could find no other law offices with this name.
