Ordered leggings & watch in November and never received anything - got soaked for $120.00 This is not right. How do we get these frauds!

I purchased 2 pair of LuLu leggings on Nov. 13 and received a will ship soon notification and a charge on my credit card. I have never received the leggings and now the company is not able to be notified. PLEASE BE AWARE.
