I saw an ad, ordered the item, on July 7th. All these updates, then said an attempted delivery, then truck broke down, then another attempted delivery. I have a screen recording of the conversation before I had this last delivery update. The excuses are wild and I believe it’s all automated responses.

Ad was through TikTok (never had any issues with TikTok Ads)

Purchased Wagon for $22.98 - instantly received email confirmation, regular updates via email were sent via tracking.

Bogus "Delivery Attempted - unable to deliver" notice saying that I wasn't home

Bogus "Vehicle Breakdown - unable to deliver" tracking update

It's been 30 days and still no product

I emailed the support email and they said that they trust their driver - and will open the dispute to management but that can take up to 60 days to review and resolve.

I believe this is a complete scam

I saw an ad online during mindless scrolling and I have been looking at replacing my sofa. I thought this would be perfect as it is able to move and change position easily so I placed an order. I thought the price was too good to be true but it was claimed that there were a major sale and discount. I paid 9.99 for SKU:15389720019327 AND $7.99 for shipping protection. I ordered May 20, 2026 and it is now June 26, 2026 and it has been "attempted" "unable to access gate lock code" (I don't have a gate or live in a gated community) to which "customer service" person "james" said he will fix this. Third "delivery attempt" was today which I took half a day off work for this, and of course "road restrictions due to a local event. Package at depot, re-dispatch shortly." NOT A SINGLE PERSON can tell me what depot, what delivery company (FedEx, UPS, etc).
