Purchased bags from inbluehandmade (https://inbluehandmade.com/) in June 2025. Was told repeatedly there were delays but I would receive my purchased items. Last contact was end of November when I was promised my order by Christmas. On Dec 22 when it was clear nothing would arrive I requested a refund for the $207.20 I paid, a refund that had previously been offered. No contact has been made by the company ([email protected]) since November. Looking online, I am clearly not the only one who has been victim of this scam in the USA.
