I called spectrum tv but was transferred to someone named Aaron that said he would lower my spectrum tv & internet from 245.00 to 135.00. He said the internet would be with frontier. I told him i wanted to stay with spectrum. He reassured me multiple times that frontier & spectrum were working together. A week later a truck from Ammons Underground showed up & dug a whole in my yard & my neighbors. I contacted spectrum & they reported they are not connected to frontier or ammons in any way & they have no record of the 135.00 agreement. We cancelled everything with frontier & Aaron (888-908-2699 ext 2003) who insisted he worked for spectrum & frontier and ended up hanging up on us. We have not received a bill yet but Im afraid we will.
