Type of a scam Rental
I received a response email 1 hour later from the imposter owner (Gayle George) of the duplex telling me that he was now in Beaumont, CA because of his job and that he has no one in Lexington KY that i can talk to about renting the property. I can go around and look at the duplex peep through he windows etc. So i called him and no answer on either phone numbers. He texted me back saying hello, i responded saying i was the one who emailed him about the duplex, So his directions were i would have to put down a deposit by sending it to him through money gram, and then he would send me the lease and keys. I searched the address to see if it was legit, and found that the duplex was on the ERS Properties website for rent at a different price and with a contact name and information which is located in Louisville, KY. I finally was able to speak to some one at ERS Properties (Angie) and made her aware of the matter.
I also checked to see if the ERS Properties website is legit, all i see for ERS Properties is in Indiana. I also called the phone number provided on the website and all it did was ring busy.
