HEBE INT'L Skincare Center ruin my face! This shop is run by one of the biggest Chinese henan scammer zhao, they are Chinese own company and marketing as “Korean” skin care. They have ruin people faces with those bad products that's made in China, they claimed that they are Korean skin care but most of their products and machines are made in China with very low cost. They do not have any professionals liensences but they inject Botox and fillers for people, these are all illegal. They ruin a lot of people faces in China and have a lot of complaints.

This person asked me to invest in Korea to operate a business, since I have known him for a while during my trip to Seoul, I buy some cosmetics from him. So I thought this is a good business to invest, I then wire 100000 USD to form a company in Seoul. Zhao Chao said he knows Korean languages well and he and the other guy Lee Sung Hoon can take care the tax and accountant for me, so I gave my company's bank information to them. However after 2 months of the company operating, 50000 USD was transfer from my business bank account without my permission. Now he stole all client information and trying to scam others by asking clients to invest to open a chain shop.
