My order was here in four days. What I order was in perfect condition. When I called to check on tracking number that didn't seem to work on ups portal. When I called the number provided on website the woman who answer was extremely friendly with great positive attitude when answering my concerns.

This appears to be a phishing scam to obtain correlated credit card bank / phone / address information. After submitting an order, the site will say they charged your card, then the next day you'll get an email that the purchase was refunded (no reason given). If you inquire with them about why, email or chat will give the exact same response about a bank transfer not going through. So both chat and email inquiries are handled by the same robot.
Fool that I am, I tried the same purchase with a second credit card, that's when it became obvious I was being phished/scammed. The results and replies were all identical to the first attempted purchase. Now they had not just one, but two of my credit cards information! Now I have to do the work to get both changed. Don't fall for it.
