Found their site to purchase the wonderfold wagon. I purchased it one day and the next day they refunded my money. This is a common occurrence from past individuals who have purchased from the is company. They must be collecting information or something.

I did an online chat with the help person to get a pair of roller skates in my size and it was what I needed so I ordered them and paid extra for expedite shipping. Next day I was waiting for a email for it to be shipped and nothing. I reached out and it took them 4 hours to get back to me that they cancelled it! And make up an excuse about their bank declined it when I had the funds in there and all.

I have been looking for a specific item for a few days and today it popped up and was available at this website "Gre Enterprise" I was so excited I put the item in my cart and checked out. I started to become suspicious because I had never heard of this website, I googled it and nothing came up. The links to the social media accounts had very little posts and even less interactions. My order confirmation was an email that said "Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered" I had never seen that before. I called the number on the website to see if I could cancel my order and the number is out of order.

Extremely similar experience. Looking for an obscure item that is out of stock everywhere (because it's old). Couldn't believe these folks had it. Got that weird confirmation message, "Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received." After DAYS of trying to reach someone I got a reply in the chat: "Your order was declined by our bank. This is automated system from the bank. Payment declined and refunded by Stripe." Fact is there was never an authorization or charge to my card. If you're not getting charged and you're not getting the item, THEY are using your info. I will cancel that card w/ my bank.
