The site was very responsive, and shipped my item quickly. The item that arrived was not to my satisfaction, but the company went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my return options. I received a full refund, and never went more then a few hours with out a response to my question. I will be using this site again.

Same as the other complaints ... place the order; order accepted after getting all your info; order cancelled after (with no notice). Scam.

I purchased an item from them & never received any kinda of notice of payment. When I finally emailed, they told me my credit card was refunded. It was not. I still do not have my item or money. They took my info. I will be changing my account number.

***SCAM***This place is a scam for farming your CC numbers. I have attempted multiple transactions and they have all been returned. After about 3 weeks, the card I used on this site started getting used in other locations. They continue to give reasons such as their bank having issues, my card being from a bank their processor doesn't recognize, or other reasons. Their customer service responds in broken english and erratically to emails and chat messages. They have done a good job filling places like this with false positive reviews but it is a lie.

They continue to ignore requests for conversation about my stolen cards and failed transactions.

Took my money & never received any messages or confirmation on my order. When I asked told me problems with my bank. TOOK MONEY & NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. BEWARE!

Ordered online and paid the extra for expedited delivery. Then I decided I should get something else so I called the company. The gentleman who called me back. He was very helpful and my request was answered without a problem. Fast delivery and they even threw in special gift. I plan to buy from them again.
