I ordered from Grant and Mercer and the way they described the shoes were so good for people with foot problems like bunions. It seemed like a very functional shoes. However when I received it, not only is not worth over $90 but the quality is bad with no support in the shoes at all. They won’t give me a full refund and said if I return the shoes I have to pay 50-60 US to return for postage. I wrote to complain and asked for refund but first they offered to refund 10% of the cost I paid. I disagree but gradually they increased to 30%. I still feel very cheated and disgusted!
