This company tries to get money out of people. I paid for parking in a lot twice and they still sent me a parking violation via mail. I dispute the case on their website (prrsparking.com) but they denied my dispute. I showed them multiple screenshots of payment. They offered a $20 discount instead. This is completely outrageous and makes zero sense. I paid to park and extended my time but still received a "violation" notice. They must be stopped.

I have received parking violations for vehicles I don’t own. I have received two different parking violations for two different vehicles and the two different vehicles have the same license plates. The company is saying there are two vehicles with the same license plates.

Parked downtown at a park to pay site. To watch a movie tried to pay along the way. Wasn't able to tried once I got out of the movie. Still wasn't able to pay due to site not being able to be accessed. Then few days later received a issued payment of 102.00. and once reaching the dispute claim they said they reduced the charge to $82 and I have to pay within 10 days . Happy to pay my initial fine for parking but the whole thing seems pushed and scam like.

Non governmental parking ticket that had non legitimate sounding people on the phone when tried to call regarding a ticket that shouldn't have been given

I received a letter from this company, titled "Notice of Non-Compliance" stating that I owed an additional $45, after paying $61.45, for 12 hours of parking in their lot in Cleveland, OH. We did NOT exceed 12 hours. Violation on letter: payment was made after grace period (no signs in lot explaining grace period). I tried continuously for about 45 minutes to pay but was unable to, because of their system's issue. Got error that said you took too much time to pay. 3-4 other people in this lot were having the same issue. I called the company, and they were apologetice and said that my case had been canceled. This is a SCAM. Their system will NOT allow you to pay; then, they send you a letter as mentioned above. I saw other reports on your site about this company. I also did researh and discovered that a law suit was filed against this company. I also discovered that they have parking lots all over the US.

Do you share this information with the Cleveland police department (which is where this parking lot is located) or BBB? Or, do I need to file a report with both of them? Please advise.

This company needs to be STOPPED.

I WILL NEVER PARK IN A LAZ LOT AGAIN NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE.

This scam involves deception for parking. Upon entering a private lot that is owned by an out-of-state agency you must scan a code to pay parking for a set amount of time. The amount of time may be increased by clicking on the app to add on additional hours for only a couple dollars. I parked in a lot and added onto the time with the Phone app. The app said that I was paid for an additional two hours. One month later I received a bill in the mail for $30 stating that I did not have any additional time provided. Upon checking bank records, they never pulled the money from the account And have stated no transactions took place via the Phone app. This particular scam gives the parking lot agencies the advantage of charging you money because you did not extend your time and conveniently the phone app does not properly record your request. So anyone parking at these facilities Will be under the belief that they paid the extended time by using the app but actuality the company will drop all that information off and then bill you 10 times the amount by mail.

I’m on my third notice for parking violations from this company. The first was from July 2023 with a plate listed as OH/NOPLATE and no VIN number. Amazing that they were able to trace this vehicle to me with neither available. Not only do I not have an Ohio plate, but I also was not even in the state of the alleged violation. The violation was dismissed after multiple complaints. Fast forward to March 2024, two new violations arrive from Daniel B Kelley. Once again, OH/NOPLATE, but this time with a VIN that is not associated with my vehicle. I’m not sure how I was unlucky enough to end up in Mr Kelley’s database, but this scam needs to be shut down. Complaints have been filed with FTC, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, US Post Office, Colorado bar, and Colorado Attorney General.

I've tried to call No one ever picks up.
This is a notice by mail. There was never a ticket anywhere on my car. The parking lot was not posted as to violation of parking after hours of 5:00.
I am not going to pay. I will be following up with authorities to see if this is indeed a ticket. This is the first notice I have received and I feel it is a scam.

I am being charged $75 for supposedly not paying for February 6 through February 10th, 2020. I paid for the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 10th. I did not park in the lot on Sunday the 9th.

I am providing to the scammer either tickets, the ones I still have, and credit card charges.
