Turquoise and silver jewelry was purchased. But fake and plastic-y garbage was delivered!!!!

After contacting their customer service I quickly realized there is NO customer service. This is a SCAM!!!!

The website appeared legitimate, but after almost a month of no item, I reached out to the support e-mail address. I’ve been in contact with a man named Jhon who has repeatedly assured me that my item was being shipped. I was even provided a website link so that I could track my order. Three weeks one and still no delivery of my order. Jhon continues to tell me that my order will be shipped soon and that he will send me a tracking number. Still no tracking number. At this point, I believe my money has been lost. I have told Jhon twice that I’d like my money refunded, but still he says that he cannot comply since my order has “shipped”. I’m reaching out to the ScamPulse.com to notify them that this website is a scam and to see if there’s anyway I can get my money back.
