I was called about acquiring an extended warranty for my vehicle. When I attempted to file a claim I was given the run around and so was the mechanic shop I used. I called the number to cancel contract, and it was a recorded message on repeat stating the hours of operation and it was during the hours they stated but was never transferred to a representative.
