My card was frozen by the company and I have sent my ID and Soc Sec card 3 times since January then wanted another piece of mail with my new address. They wanted my bank statement. When I sent my correct bank statement acknowledging they had my two documents. I called asking when my card was sent and they said they needed all 3 so my personal records they stated all they needed has been lost or stolen. They refused to speak to my credit union manager which I have banked with this credit union over 50 years. The supervisor told me he would send me his email address 7/16. I told him I wanted my card immediately after he receives my bank statement again. I will not send my personal information again.
