I bought a tool. The company will not return a single email. They will not acknowledge that I wanted to cancel the order. Took my money but refuses to respond. They have a contact form to fill out online I filled out several and emailed them several times with zero response. Been almost 2 Weeks still no response no item shipped no refund.
