Said it was Elon Musk & David Muir would help tinnitus. But knew it was a scam and tried to cancel before it went through & they took my money of $299.90 when said $29.95 but total was $299.90 so immediately I tried to cancel order. This was on 6/29/26 said I cancelled on 6/29/26 but they still took my money. But I have a cancellation number. I called them at 1-877-272-4181 many times and they said they cancelled & would put money back in my account in 15 days. Well today is 7/19/26 still no refund. I believe I have been scammed. Please stop these people from doing this to others.
