I received an email from this person saying I took a payday loan which I have never in my entire life took any type of payday loans. This person is threatening me with court and jail. I told them to send me a court date for Newark NJ so I can sue them for false charging for a service I have never in my life taken. My paperwork was stolen years ago and every year IRS sends me a pin that only I can verify due to identity theft.
