I understand that you’d like to return your shoes due to a sizing issue. Sizing can sometimes vary with footwear, so we’ve made exchanges as easy as possible.

In light of this, we can offer you a replacement in a different size for a minimal fee of $20 to cover shipping. Returning items to our international warehouse can be expensive, and we do not provide a return label. The good news is you don’t need to return the pair you already received.

Please let us know which size you’d prefer, and we’ll arrange the exchange right away.

I bought a pair of shoes that are too small, when I asked on how I could return, they provided the below email. This is not how a legit business would run and for that I believe this site these scammers are using is not legit. I'm going to contact my credit card company tomorrow to file a complaint and I'm going to have my card cancelled and replaced.
