I couldn’t even download the app so I had no way of cancelling. It stated it charged nothing then. It was a week free trial so I said sure but you don’t even know that there isn’t an app until after you’ve entered all of your account information. Now I’m super screwed because I’m in between places and have nowhere to have my mail forwarded to temporarily. I’m so over this situation. Now they are trying to charge my account $86.99. There isn’t even an app to use! Huge scam!

THE SCAMMER APP OFFERS AN ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT IN INSTAGRAM, BUT IT DOES NOT DIRECTLY LINK THE CONSUMER TO THE APPLE STORE DIRECTLY, SO THIS PRESENTS MISLEADING AND UNSCRUPULOUS PREDATORY PRACTICES TO THE CONSUMER. GALAXYLINEAPP.COM IS NOT DISCLOSED ON THE ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT NOR DOES IT DISCLOSE WHICH APP THE PRODUCT IS FOR. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR FULL DISCLOSURE OF ITS CANCELLATION OR REOCCURRING CHARGES. It offers information only after you are charged not during the introduction to the product. THE INSTAGRAM advertisement DOES NOT fully disclose reoccurring charges every two months. I have not received anything, I HAVE NOT downloaded the APP, NOR DID I AGREE TO $86.99. I never downloaded the app, I never received anything from the company, and I did not receive a disclosure or consent for auto renewal nor did i consent to the fraudulent use of my credit card information by charging my credit card through apple pay. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DISCLOSE HOW TO CANCEL. This company website offers no contact information, no business info, and the charge to my credit card does not appear as galaxylineapp.com it appears as HONE FITNESS

I signed up for a free trial. Was charged 86.99€ out of my account. As said, the app does NOT show in the subscriptions and then impossible to cancel.

Wouldnt refund me because they said I subscribed from the web through a browser, when in fact, from my iPhone (through the app store, but their app takes you out to a browser to finish your "trial" subscription. Also, this app (Step Counter and GPS Walks) will NOT SHOW in your Subscriptions in the app store, so it is very easy to miss.

I signed up for a free trial on a fitness app. They stated I would be charged 9.99 after the trial. They took 86.99$ out of my account and refused to give me a refund.
