So I never signed up for a subscription, I simply downloaded this app and immediately deleted it. Didn’t give my card information at all, but It took all my card information. I’ve been on hold with my bank and am filing a fraud claim.

This place took 86 dollars off my card after trying five times in the last month and finally got money off my card , I had done canceled this crap after I got a email from them not even thirty days later from the first time I heard of them by a email and etc , well apparently if you click the link they send you to cancel this stuff it don’t even cancel it ! Your still active ! I’ve emailed them , messaged them after they said they would refund my money back to me through text message then by email they tell me they can’t issue refunds to expired accounts ! Well you sure didn’t have no problem taking money out for a expired account huh ! This app and whole thing is a scam and a bunch of bull ! Do not waste your life cause you will end up furious and crying cause they took the last of your little amount of money you had for something you didn’t use and had done cancelled in the past ! Someone please delete this company !

My money also has been taken by that company. I was so frightened and sent many mails for getting refund as I never made an agreement to purchase their 2 months walking plan which cost USD86.99. I am now trying to contact the bank which also has the responsibility for sending me pin code before letting someone take my money.
God, am I losing 87$ for no reason. I should have bought some branded stuffs instead of losing money like that. I was stressed the whole day, and could not even sleep because of losing my money which was intended to buy something nice as 87$ was so valuable in my country. I deserve to get refund, but they are just ignoring my mails. I am crying. fk off to Galaxy Line LLC, fitness apps company.

i have upload the app and the fees was only $1 USA they never mention any extra charges , after i canceled the trial they charged me extra $ 86 USA with out of my authorization i contact them more then 10 times they saying that this is how it is
this is fraud and stealing money from people and i don't no why they still running on app store,

As I see from other complaints, I am "victim" of exactly the same behaviour. I agreed to pay 1,00 USD for the walking app and I was thinking, ah well, that's ok. Stupidely I paid per PayPal. And suddenly I am charged 86,99 USD which were already subtracted from my account. Automatic payment! I immediately wrote to PayPal and filed a case, but I'm afraid I won't see my money anymore. Tomorrow I will have to phone my bank and block any further payments.

Same experience as others. I don't even recall signing for a $1trial. I don't have a smart phone so an app would be useless. However Ihave been billed $86 Iam trying to have my bank dispute it. This is definitely a scam.

I paid a dollar for the trail, didn't download it... cancelled. Next thing? $87 charge via PayPal... No refunds allowed.

5Tbeu charge you 1.00 for trial and they charge you 86.99 plus conversion to CDn funds via PayPal. I am out 113.37$. and it is reoccurring. I wrote to them I did not sign up to continue. I emailed and it's the standard bs reply. Sorry can't refund the money they are sorry that they I am not having good experience with the app. just needs to be investigated by the federal government it's a scam everybody's been taken in for $86 for 2 months and I'm trying to fight this now I don't know how to do it I got to cancel all my PayPal and everything this is bad I don't know how to get my money back but it's Galaxy line the GPS walking app.

What a scam! They charge you $1 for the trial then they have your credit card information to charge you $86.99 for this stupid app. I haven't even downloaded the app and have no intention of paying that amount of money for a walking app. Bait and switch all the way. I have contacted the company via email 3 times and have not received any response. The charge is still pending on my AmEx so as soon as it clear I will dispute it. This is such BS!

GALAXYLINEAPP.COM IS NOT DISCLOSED ON THE ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT NOR DOES IT DISCLOSE WHICH APP THE PRODUCT IS FOR. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR FULL DISCLOSURE OF ITS CANCELLATION OR REOCCURRING CHARGES. It offers information only after you are charged not during the introduction to the product. THE INSTAGRAM advertisement DOES NOT fully disclose reoccurring charges every two months. I have not received anything, I HAVE NOT downloaded the APP, NOR DID I AGREE TO $86.99. I never downloaded the app, I received an email from the company stating I was being charged $86.99, but with no information on how to access my "subscription". THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DISCLOSE HOW TO CANCEL.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Charged me for a full subscription of $87 on the last day of the trial. I cancelled on the last day and they charged me anyway. They refused to issue a refund Citing their end user agreement which isn’t available anywhere that states they will charge the full subscription fee 24 hours before the subscription ends. No one could know that. A link for Their terms and conditions are shown on the app but they’re not available it’s a blank page.

I subscribed I was charged 1.00 I cancelled the same day because I wanted to try it out. Then I see a fee for 86.99. I had to email them as the phone is only a recording. They responded junk like email saying they will give me a year subscription. However, they say I didn’t cancel on time.

I tried to sign up for the trial and paid my $1.00. Sadly, even though I cancelled the app the charges just keep coming. $89.99. I cancelled before the trial was up in fact the next day because it was nothing I wanted. So, now I continue to receive charges. Sometime three days in a row. I have my bank blocking them indefinitely. Ugh

I cancelled my app the same day I signed up for it because I did not like it. They will not issue me a refund of 86.99. It doesn’t not show up in my apple subscription so I figured my cancellation was done.

Downloaded a trial that cost me 1.00 and then canceled because it sucked. I was still charged $89 even with proof I canceled. I want my money back but apparently never canceled even with my email proof automatically submitted by then letting me know I successfully canceled my subscription. Who is being held responsible? I have to call my bank tomorrow to get this resolved because they aren’t keeping my money.

i downloaded a free walking work out app, and was was charged 85.99. this a a free app to download from apple store. i checked for subscriptions and there are none under my icloud account.

As the other people have stated, the app is “Free” no mention of $86.99 and then suddenly you are charged. They are not showing a subscription through the Apple subscriptions and it shows as a free app in my “subscriptions” screen. SCAMMERS!

I signed up for a free trial on a fitness app. I canceled through the app now they charged me $86.99 on my debit card and won't respond to my request for a refund that I emailed - there is NO phone number.

I downloaded the app for the trial period of 7 days on May 17, 2021. I also canceled the same day and received verification that the subscription was cancelled. However, June 17, 2021, they charged my debit card $86.99. I had to email several times since there’s no phone number to reach them at. I finally received an email stating I did not click a link to complete the cancellation but, I did. Not only was I unimpressed by the App, I already have a free app that does all of that. I’ve never had access to the App since I canceled immediately. I didn’t even wait an hour to cancel it. They stated they can cancel the subscription now and no refund. There are several other reviews with the same issues. This is nothing short of a scam. I am trying to receive a refund but they are saying it wasn’t canceled. The fact I NEVER used it and canceled it, should be enough proof. The have ZERO customer service skills.

Exactly the same story.U cancelled it within 1minute,when read from other guy they will charge me 86,so I cancelled and exhaled.What a lovely guy that he warned everyone.Suddenly in 20days later?I am charged.I have no choice just to go to my bank ..etc
