On 30 August 2023, I contacted Vueling Airline to cancel a flight reservation and was told the following:

Dear Ms Lititia Butler,
We are contacting you in reference to the booking code REUJUC.
The email address you have reported to us is not associated with our organization. According to our policies, the reservation may or may not be refundable, but we will never ask for an additional payment to secure your refund. For instance, the reservation is refundable if the passenger requests it within two hours of making the reservation, and no additional fee will be charged for this service.
