I ordered a dog coat with a 30 day money back guarantee. I requested to return the coat within 10 days of receiving the coat and I was either ignored for told instructions would be coming soon but they never did. Now they say the 30 day window has passed and I cannot return the coat. I emailed them between 11/15/25 and 2/17/26 and received no satisfactory reply. They just chose to put me off. Now they claim I am out of the 30 day window and will not take the coat back.
