The casino advertise selling coin packages which in return can be used for spend on casino to win real money after purchasing a package I used to spend and a slot game lost half the money and trigger a bonus screen the bonus screen gave me a certain amount of money which then the game levels you up after a certain amount is one at the end of each level there's a reward for leveling up these rewards were free spins to other slot games so once I reach a certain amount I decided to redeem my winnings which was $100 they proceeded with my redemption and sent me $25 then highlight it a rule they have stating any money won from free plays promotional plays or login free coins that's giving automatically matches your redemption to $25 if I had to pay for my package to make the spins first of all that's not free please or promotional those are spins that I earned so I didn't ask what if I had purchased a $200 package out of $200 I'm sure when it's all said and done I would have already triggered a bonus screen or either free plays which automatically maxes my redemption to $25 according to them because of those free plays are considered promotional spins even though you're using your money as they are just using site to sell corn packages and once the system realizes a certain amount of money is one they give you free plays and bonuses so they don't have to pay you that large amount of money they can only pay you the $25 Max it's a total rip off and scam
