Same as mine, I helped with 20k 2years ago, and up till now the customer care is not replying my chart, my money I did not see.. The funny part is that, when they gave me the number of the person (a lady name Sarah Omuemu ) that I paid my 20k to she picked my call to comfarm to me that she has received the money.
But when I sence foul play, I tried calling her, her line is off up till now.. These guys are Scam Scam Scam! Bewhere

DO NOT TRUST FUND GRAM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I contacted them numerous times to close my crowdfunding campaign, but they will not close it and they have not once responded to me. They have several Facebook pages that upon last check were still functional, despite my reports to FB, while their accounts at: LINKED IN: INSTAGRAM, AND TWITTER no longer exist, but the widgets to access those sites still appear at the bottom of the screen on their website (fundgram.com). Even their email address ([email protected]) has been deactivated. The guy's name that appears in each of the defunct URL's of the aforementioned websites is: ADAMA COULIBALY (a resident of Africa) yet the phone number provided is showing as being in Houston, Texas. This entire crowdfunding platform is very suspect! Users are unable to delete their own campaigns, I believe they want to keep any and all information for future scams, to fatten their wallets!

Additionally, their so called "fund raising tips" don't contain a single tip. Their "success stories" contain zero stories". Their "terms and conditions" are typed in Latin—I did a quick Google translate of the "terms and conditions" and not a single line makes one inch of sense. Please do not donate to any campaign on that site, not even mine. Chances are pretty likely that any and all donors as well as intended recipients will be ripped off!
