The person representing this company, a woman in her 40's, wears a shirt with 'LAWN SHARKS, LLC" on it, and also advertises her company as "Full Circle Contracting, LLC" of which neither is registered in the State of Florida, unlicensed and I'm certain uninsured. She claims to have a big crew of workers, has done plenty of jobs ranging anywhere from Landscaping to concrete, you name it, and will do everything you want done. She will take a deposit and then start asking for more money for materials and work done - which really never gets done per her quote - everything changes as she goes along. Only 1 person sent to the job at a time, doing things that don't make sense. We hired her to remove & install pavers in two small areas, remove pavers (which she did & took) and pour a couple of concrete pads in those areas, and put a small drainage area in to move some of the backyard drainage to the front. Hired on January 28, 2021. To this date - January 25, 2021, she removed the old pavers and concreted two small pads and put in a absolutely non-functional a child could have installed in the backyard- took our money, promised over and over and over again she was buying the pavers, bringing the pavers, installing the pavers, doing the work, but never anything getting done except cash deposits in her hand (our BIGGEST Mistake - DO NOT GIVE HER ANY CASH)!! We terminated her on February 22, 2021 after finding the sprinkler system completely broken under the concrete and gushing water, the yard left a mess with concrete, and non-functional "drainage" system that consisted of a long black tube across the backyard with two small round drain things that don't do anything, concrete forms left in the front lawn with nails sticking up, concrete pieces left all over the yard!! This is an absolute mess for us, and the most unprofessional work I have ever seen. After firing her on Monday and unveiling all of the problems we were left with, she did agree to give us back a little less than half of what we gave her as the work nor the materials were received. She said we would get it on February 24, 2021 in the morning, then on February 25, 2021 by 10. Still waiting, just like we waited for the work and the materials. This is an absolute scam!! She said she worked in the hurricane area of Lake Charles this past year - I wonder how many people were ripped off there, and are still waiting for a refund of money. This is stealing - a crime that should be punished. We will be taking this to furthest extent of the law and report this to anyone and everyone that can help. I am doing this to hopefully limit the number of victims scammed by this woman. BUYER BEWARE!!

Look on facebook for a group called Case Against Melissa Anne Hazelwood. These are all victims of hers in Fort Worth, TX. There is a large and growing list of victims. Also, she stole from Paradise Landscaping in Florida. That owner could also probably help you go after her.
