I have ordered 2 different times on frockrush and I haven't received anything. I have sent them a email so me time back because the shipper had said that the orders had been delivered. I have looked everywhere to try and find them but they were not there . So I emailed frockrush and told them about it and they said they would replace the orders if they could not track the packages down . I still haven't received anything from anyone or I haven't received my money back either . So I am here filing a complaint on frockrush .

Ordered merchandise from company on ******. Never received merchandise or credit after multiple attempts to contact company.

It was a typical purchase with corresponding emails and tracking number. I even got updating messages telling me where my package was. I got suspicious when I emailed the company to ask what courier service they used and I never received that info. After several attempts and weeks later I got another message saying my package was delivered but never received anything! After complaining to the company they said they would re-ship the purchase and that they would expedite the order 7-10 days! After 3 weeks I got a message saying the item was delivered. I double checked the address they used, I went to my neighbors and talked with the front office to see if the package was left there but nothing. So now I’m here sharing my experience hoping no one else falls victim to this company!!!

I ordered a total of six items that I never recieved it has been over two months . the intial tracking number provided does not work anymore and the company cannot give me a solid update on my order. my money as already been taking via card . I would like a refund if i cannnot recieve my product

Saw the ad, looked online and purchased. It's been almost a month watching the product move but no package! I believe they gave a fake tracking number and everything.
