I initially learned about this website through an Instagram promotion on @onebuzzwisco on July 1, promoting a mini fridge for 75% off: https://www.instagram.com/p/DLlA8qTBcJM/

I visited the website, entered the promo code, and placed my order by providing credit card and delivery/contact info. I received a confirmation email two days later with shipping tracking info, however the status bar has remained at "Awaiting Collection from Courier" for the past two weeks. I used the listed contact info to inquire about my order, ended up messaging with an AI chat bot, and without warning, a message labeled "Staff Respond" said "I canceled and refunded your order." I did not give the AI chat bot any personally identifying info. This reeks of a scam.
